I thought Creighton didn't have interviews, so if you wanted one, you had to requst an interview and go there. (?)
Yes, and their "interviews" are lame and a complete waste of time, other than to see the campus first-hand. They will NOT get you a better chance of admissions.
Meeting with the Dean won't get you a better chance, nor will meeting with Dr. Ayers.
So if you have the money and want to see what the campus looks like, then I suggest you visit it. But if you are going out in hopes of increasing your standing with the adcom, don't spend the money because it won't help at all.

Creighton is pretty popular skool among those applicants from the midwest for some reason

It is my opinion that visiting with Dr. Ayers this fall would be to your advantage. Of course this is not a true interview, it is something better. You just sit with him for 30 minutes or so and have a conversation. No scripted questions like you would see at other dental school interviews, just a chance to get to know each other and be real. A 4th year will give you a full tour, and you can ask them anything you want, because they aren't involved in the interview process. If you have any specific questions you can PM me.

does anyone know when Creighton sends out acceptances?
Since there is no OFFICIAL interview, I guess they will start accepting people when done with reviewing applications
I know Dec 1 is when schools are supposed to send acceptance letters, but some schools unofficially notify applicants before that day... Does Creighton notify qualified applicants before Dec 1??

They will not notify you any earlier that other schools would, my acceptance letter was sent on December 1.
