so i have a couple questions/concerns.

1- has anyone taken that exam given by adea? it's a practice DAT exam and i'm assuming it's the closest thing to the real exam. i'm asking because i see scores with people comparing achiver and topscore and then their final scores. i'm interested to know how the adea exam compares. i just took it and did good in ochem and got myself really disappointed with gchem and bio. my heart is heavy. i've been studying hard and whenever i take a practice exam i do good sometimes and other times like today i loose it. i want to be consistant!

2- to improve my scores i've been slowing down and reading the question in full and all the answers. then i think, answer, and move on. everyone i know has said it's crazy to think there's not enough time in the science section. i however cut it really close everytime. my bf said last year he even had enough time left in the section to go a #2. haha. i'd be lucky to have enough time to notice that i even have to go. does anyone else experience this time issue? because i'm tired of feeling like such a whimp.

GOSH! tots...

thanks and if anything this is just me stressing out. a lot.

I have heard about the practive DAT through ADEA before... I'd like to take it! I can't seem to find it online though. Could you please post a link to it?

The ADEA/ADA practice test is a little easier than the real thing, but not horribly easier. I think the top score and the achiever tests are more different (harder) than the ADA practice test is different (easier)

My ADA/ADEA Practice scores were:

21 Bio
21 Chem
28 O Chem
22 Total Science
21 Reading Comp.
25 Quant. Reason
23 Academic Ave.
26 PAT

My real DAT stats are

22 Bio
21 Chem
20 O Chem
21 Total Science
20 Reading Comp.
26 Quant. Reason
22 Academic Ave.
23 PAT
