What? Is there a GI subspecialty board exam now? The link is to a job ad recruiting a pathologist that has completed an ACGME accredited GI fellowship and is also eligible to sit for the GI subspecialty boards.

Since it was posted by (or at least the contact info is for) a nurse with what looks like a computer engineering degree(?), it's likely some administrative keyboard jockey posting on behalf of the practice/department and rewrote the tidbits of information & keywords they were given.

I wonder if they realize that their job ad with their practice's name written on it that is on a public website viewed by many many pathologists is FAIL.
