Does anyone else have a credit card refinance loan through GL Advisors? I believe they call it a PCFP loan (Physican Credit Facility Program). The company's CEO was recently arrested and it looks like the entire company has folded. I took out a pretty large credit refinancing loan through them last year. The payments have been deferred for the first year and I am scheduled to start paying on them in 1 month. I tried to call the company as I recently switched bank accounts (it was set up for automatic repayment) and their phone lines are down. Emails are shut down too as all of my mail returns as undeliverable. The loan is underwritten through a group called Monument Financial Partners, which claims to be a part of a Native American Tribe in Oklahoma. Their phone numbers listed are the same numbers as GL advisors, and are down. Emails to them have gone unanswered. Furthermore the address to Monument Financial Partners when googled turns out to be a UPS store (I assume a PO box). So my question is what do I do now? Does the company even exist to pay them back? Did I just get super lucky and come up 30 grand? What should be my next step? Thanks, Aaron

Exact same situation here, except I had already started paying. The payments were being deducted every 22nd day of the month without any issues... but not this month. I'm not sure what to do, I don't have a hard copy of the paperwork because I knew I had it available in my "vault."
