Here is what I have heard about some of the programs mentioned by earlier post:

UTSW: Busy fellowship. Gets decent surgical numbers. Heard you get lots autonomy in the clinic and in the OR at the county hospital (it is affliated with 2 different county hospital).

Devers: Heard you can tailor the fellowship to meet your career goal (private vs academic). It is more of a private clinic setting. Good emphasis on research.

Don't know anything about yale.
