This is going to seem really nitpicky and probably not at all HY but I just noticed this in First Aid; I was trying to keep them straight and then I noticed this--which is why I kept mixing up the regulators
It says Fructose 1,6 bisphosphatase is activated citrate in one section and acetyl-coa in another.
It basically says that acetyl coa activates pyruvate carboxylase and F1,6BP which is logical since both activate gluconeogenesis. I guess at the end of the day--is it just safe to assume that too much Kreb cycle products (acetyl coa/citrate) will activate gluconeogenesis and inhibit glycolysis?
