GMO and moonlighting

Is it possible to moonlight as a GMO if you go overseas? There are several "american" hospitals in the vicinity of where I will be doing my GMO and I thought I'd take the opportunity to "be all I can be" by contributing to my savings/retirement account

I moonlight but it is stateside and yes alot of extra money can be made however being overseas you will not be able to do so since most countries have strict laws prohibiting this and so does the Navy.
