i'm curious on what the overhead is like.

my guess is the no frills/bread and butter dentist down the street nets more...
 
Personally, I think the extra services could be a great idea depending on how they are marketed and if the cost can be passed on to the customers without an impact on the bottomline.
 
it's still dental care.

u have to have consumers that valued the service enough to pay that premium...

i'm just guessing...
....but wouldn't the type of patient that would not be intimidated by that stuff also the be same type of patient that likes to owe money and be more likely to "no nonesense" when it comes to any type of service.

i'd like to visit a practice like that....
...a nice little niche to occupy...but i'm not sure if it is something i'd do.
