Gold Standard Test Prep--anyone recommend it?

I do a lot of driving back and forth between my home and school cities on weekends, and like to listen to lectures, etc. on the road to help make drive time=study time.

I just got something in the mail from Gold Standard--it's a system of board prep on CDs.

Anyone use it and like it? Did it help you with the boards? Is it worth the $310 price tag??

I used the gold standard to study for the MCAT and I didn't think it was that great. A lot of info they thought was important was not even close to my mcat experience.

I was referring to the USMLE Step I prep in particular.

MCAT hurdle is past, fortunately. 🙂
