Goljan Rapid Review, what's the difference b/w 2004 and 2007 edition

Do you know if there's any difference b/w 2004 and 2007(new) editions of Goljan Rapid Review Pathology?

I have 2004 edition but it got less pages than 2007 edition, is it worth buying the new 2007 edition?

i would buy the newer edition
i like the new one bc it has these side notes which are supposedly "high yield" for usmle, and some of them did appear on mine

one more question, i also have goljan's pathology notes n slides,but i dont know how old they are.r there any newer ones?
n can u plz tell me the difference between these goljan's notes and goljan's 2007 RR boook?

his pdf note are OLD, i think from the 90s. tho some info are the same, some have changed.
