Goljan Step 2 High Yield Notes?

In the Goljan Step 2 Audio files he mentions his high yield notes for Step 2 (they are not the same as for Step 1, since he mentions the specialties like Obgyn, etc) but I have not been able to find the notes anywhere! I tried searching in eBay, looking online using Google, and to no avail. Does anyone know where I can get these notes? Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure about the notes, but has anyone used the Step 2 audio. Are they any good?

Please note that talking about illegal software etc in frowned upon on SDN. 😀

Having said that, IF someone did have the audio files, the consensus would be that they did not help much for Step 2 🙂
