Searched the forum and couldn't find any good answers...

Any thoughts on audio files I can listen to for the commute? General anesthesiology stuff on a resident (particularly CA-1/CA-2) level... nothing too specialized please.

Also, what are people talking about when they say "Big blue" and Big red" audios? Are they any good? Thanks.

I am also interested in what people have to say on this. The two resources I have found thus far, which are both free, are the University of Kentucky podcasts and ICU Rounds with Dr. Jeffrey Guy.
