Good app/program(operating system with touch screen)for note taking in med school?

I'm starting med school this fall, and I was wondering if anyone had any good power point editing/note taking app. I ask this bc I have wrist issues and I don't want to write so much but type more and be able to maneuver easily.

I used "pdf expert" in undergrad. Phenomenal app that lets you do several things like record lectures while writing over them simultaneously.
