Good book for a C&A rotation?

I really liked the highly recommended Psychiatric Interviewing book: http://www.amazon.com/Psychiatric-I...ing-Psychiatrists-Psychologists/dp/0721670113

I read this some, kept a mini-DSM handy and FA psych and it served me fairly well. A decent pharm book doesn't hurt either.

Doesn't seem to be that helpful for a CA rotation, but looks great as a general read. I just orded it on Amazon! Thanks for the tip.
