Good books for internship?

Does anyone know of any good books to help prepare for internship? I've just completed an ICU rotation where I was given the responsibilities of an intern, and I felt so inadequate and poorly prepared. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I used the internship survival guide from washington manual. It was very good for me. I also carried Ferries when I was a med student, but I find I use lot less of it during internship. Put a 5MEC and 5MMC with drug software in your PDA, you should have enough stuff to go through your internship with.

Another good book would be The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band. That will really help you out
