Good CXRs for Lung Pathology?

Anyone know some good ways to figure out how to read the chest xrays for lung pathology? Ive looked at the ones in first aid and pathoma and I still just have no idea how to tell the difference between any of them when i'm given a new one. Thanks guys!

Okay so just went thru it, and it was pretty good. Learned some new stuff like pleural effusion and ruptured AAA. Do you have any for asthma/emphysema. I just really wanna know how hyperinflated lungs look on CXR (counting ribs, etc)

Thx broham. Posterior ribs are pretty hard to see, how do you manage counting the ribs?
