Good DAT Testing Site in NY Metro Area?!

I am interested in registering for the DAT ASAP, and I was wondering if ANYone had ANY advice about a GOOD testing center in the NY Metro Area (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn,the Bronx, even Long Island!!) I have heard so many horror stories about bad testing centers and I want to get this right the 1st time..THANX SO MUCH!!!! 😀

I am also interest in where would be a good test site, I am taking DAT on June Park Ave arount 56st.

I took mine at Garden City, NY. It was a good testing site, no complaints from me

I took it at 1 Penn Plaza on the 15th floor and there seemed to be another office on the same floor or downstairs that kept this loud rap song playing. It wasnt even the radio or anything because itwas that same song over an dover... Weird and extremely annoying. Plus the computers there were really old and monitors not exactly PAT friendly.

Thanx for the reply, but one more question, which site in Garden City did you go to? The one on Franklin Avenue or the one 1 block East from Franklin ave??

I actually took it at the testing site right by Old Country Road, but I just checked the Thomson Prometric site and it's not listed anymore. I guess they moved? I have no idea.

i took it at 1 Penn Plaza and i thought it was great.. the computers were old but it didn't influence me that much...plus you have head phones on so you can't hear anything anyways! i was expecting much worse but it turned out alright

Thank you for your advice. I checked out your Stats and you did EXCELLENT on the DAT. I am applying to many of the same schools as you and would LOVE to go to Columbia. If you don’t mind me asking, how did YOU study for the DAT (how many solid weeks of each topic, how many practice tests, what sources, etc??) I would really appreciate your feedback. THANXXXXXX!!! 😍
