What are some good GPRs and AEGDs in California that are particularly helpful in implants, prosth and complex restorations? Any of them have a good focus on cosmetic dentistry?

Look at the ones associated with a VA. It changes all the time, you need to speak with residents who completed the program in the last 24 months. So find them via websites or phone calls and get in touch with them directly.

Look at VA GPR, USC,UCLA..
At VA you can treatment whatever you feel the patient needs..regardless of money.
