What are some good interview qquestions to ask the school, to see if it is a good education or seem knowledgable about the school.

What do YOU want to know about the school that you don't already? They aren't necessarily looking for run-of-the-mill questions.

Ask them about their curriculum and how it is scheduled (rotating, block etc.) Different schools have different styles. You could also ask about their passing rates on the NAPLEX.
You can do a search on this topic and I think you'll find a lot of stuff in these forums.
Good luck 😉

Just make sure not to ask questions that you should be able to find on the website. The question I asked at my first interview was, "What type of student typically does well here? From what I've read, is that you are big into research and are looking to produce leaders in pharmacy." Then they ran off on this.

ask them how their rotations are scheduled, are they close to home, close to school...

asking about curriculum is pretty good. Since there are lots of talks abt therapeutics, you can word it like

"I've heard from others that Therapeutics will be a big portion of the NAPLEX, how do you prepare your students for this exam"..

sthg like that that sounds good and also answers your questions...

Is it good to ask questions that have LONG answers..?? I feel like I always ask questions that have the interviewer talking for days.. and I end up feeling that they are taking up valuable time I could be talking about myself lol 🙂

I thought about asking Western what areas of Pharmacy their rotations cover. (Haven't gotten the wording figured out yet.) I don't know if I'd want to go somewhere that didn't have at least some of the rotations I'm looking for. (Pediatrics, Oncology, NICU, Nuclear) Also what hospitals do they have rotations in, are they in decent areas. I realize I may not get to practice in all those areas, but I'd like to at least have a chance to get my feet wet in one of them.(Notice I haven't brought up retail😉 )
