Does anyone can tell me about a good handbook/manual/Neurological exam book to read before starting on july 1?

One of the faculty at my place told me to focus on Neuro physical exam.

Any comments?

I highly recommend "Neurological Examination Made Easy" by Fuller.

It fits in a pocket, includes all exam elements, and tells what each piece means if it is positive.
