good material for med students interested in EM

Do any of you residents or attendings have any recommendations on good resources (journals, blogs, etc...) for medical students interested in EM? I enjoy reading about cases, research, anything really.... but most of the stuff I stumble upon is a bit beyond my current knowledge.

You can check out the Vital Signs section of Discover Magazine. It does cases in layman's terms. I used to read it all the time.

Even though there's plenty here that's beyond your medical knowledge, these sites might give you a sense of what it can be like in the ER.
