Good Neuroscience Program?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm sure it can be moved later.

Is there any chance of getting into a really good PhD Neuroscience program from a lesser known school. Like a really lesser known school.

Could my GPA/ Letters of Recommendation/Research experience be enough to get me into...say..Harvard, Stanford, Hopkins?

Absolutely. My organic professor got her PhD in plant phys. from cornell and she came from a private christian college of less than 1000 students. Youll be fine. In fact, maybe better off. Itll be easier to obtain a high gpa and you will certainly have very personalized attention.
