CONGRATS! You are right, good news must be shared and savored.

Could you please tell me how long you waited for an interview invite after your file was complete at KCOM? I hounded a professor to get his LOR in to another school prior to my i/v and he did (thankfully), but now he is dragging on getting the same letter sent out to my other schools. It gets tiresome chasing down these details. I want to be interviewed and accepted, too! KCOM seems like a wonderful place. I can't wait to find out for myself.

Turned in secondary and requested for LORS: 8/3
found out letters delayed: 8/24
Completed at KCOM: 9/5/04
Invited for interview: 9/18?/04
Interviewed: 10/22
Informed of acceptance: 10/28 (phone call)

FYI, it may make things easier for you if you gave your letter recommender pre-addressed envelopes for all your schools and just ask him to give them sealed and signed across the flap for you. Then you can send them out as necessary. They are still confidential.
