Good ortho/ophtho sources for Step II ?

Hey,

I'm getting ready to take Step II in a week and was wondering if anyone knows of good sources for commonly tested ophtho or ortho conditions.

I am doing the questions in World, and realizing I have very little intrinsic knowledge of these topics--e.g. i had to look up internal vs. external reduction and fixation.

Fortunately the majority of testable material is in USMLEWorld for those topics, because no one knows much of either, except for the future orthopods/opthos---although they often don't know too much either as 4th year students.
