PreTest worked for me. My shelf score was like a 95 with BRS and PreTest. BRS for knowledge (questions are too easy), PreTest for questions (most are too hard, but force you to learn).

Do NOT do the Kaplan physio series. They are painful, long, and totally not worth it. I used them for Step 1 and was angry I paid more money for them. I'm a Kaplan junkie (MCAT, Step 1, Step 2) so it hurts me to say something they did sucked. DONT do that.

Though I'm a fan of collecting resource options for people like you, so if someone has other ideas, I'd love to hear them.
