Good programs outside of the match

Just curious if there's a way to find good programs aside from FREIDA.

My understanding is that FREIDA has a list of ACGME programs. I don't think you want to go to a non-acgme residency program? If there is anything like that. What exactly is FREIDA not giving you that you are looking for?

Since programs have to be either all in or all out, I doubt you will find any strong programs that will be going outside of the Match. Going outside the Match means that a program would have no residents who are AMGs and graduated in 2015 (All graduating AMGs are required to go through the Match).
