Any good study books for math (specifically vectors) that you recommend?

I haven't seen a test-prep book that does a good job at quantitative. But that's just my opinion. I would use textbooks, focus of the main concepts from each math subject, and work out a bunch of problems that are PCAT-style and representative examples of each concept.

I heard that the quantitative section is harder now that what it was before. I think a good way to review it is to go through your calculus book. Look through the sections and try to remember what was on the actual PCAT if you had taken it before. That way you know better what to study. I did a quick review on derivatives online. I just typed in the keywords and I got lots of websites that have tutorial that can help step by step.

The Kaplan book is a waste of time. I don't recommend that book.

Good luck studying!
