Hacker, Moore's Essentials of Obstetrics and Gynecology is all you need.

It's what the residents at my rotation site use to study for their CREOG (national exams for OBGYN residents).

It's somewhere between Blueprints and Williams. I really like it. From what I've heard, Blueprints is not enough to do well on the shelf.

Good luck!

The best book for OB/GYN is Case Files by Toy. This book is the best source to prepare you for the ob/gyn shelf test. It's a fast read and very high yield. You do, however, need a text with it. So try the essentials or blueprints. Also check out the ob/gyn forum as well, b/c i think this topic has been covered previously

blueprints is all you need to get through the 3rd year clerkship.
