Good Resource for Studying Step 1 Images?

Hey All,

Quick question and hoping for some advice: What is a good resource for studying images (CT scans, etc) for the Step 1 exam? Roughly how many images show up on the actual exam? I went through a lot of the topics in this thread and I'm sure this was covered somewhere but I couldn't find it =/. Thanks in advance! =]
