These are my stats MCAT 33Q cGPA:3.58 sGPA:3.51 and I'm an Ohio resident. ECs: Summer Research Intern, independent research with prof., EMT-B, Hospital Transport Tech (2 summers), biology and organic chem tutor, shadowed 3 docs (40 hours total), Hospital volunteer, freshman orientation leader, kids club leader, random church volunteering, school pre-health org. member, and mission trip to Middle East. Are these passable ECs? LORs should be decent. What are my chances at MD schools? These are the schools I plan to apply to. Any I should add or remove?

Good list. Unless you are african american I would drop Meharry. Maybe add Miami, GW, Georgetown and MCW. I'd say you are in good shape.
