I have looked at Bates' DVD but was looking for other sources to help me get the physical exam down. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

practice on a roommate/classmate is my best suggestion. that's how I got good at it. Also, you can go through the motions on a pillow or something and talk each step out loud.
