Totally agree with above posters but if you must:

Canadian C-spine and Nexus rules studies for clinically clearing necks

Several studies now out for clinical decision rules on who needs head CT after minor trauma0

AFFIRM trials for Rate vs Rhythm control in Afib

NEJM recent review of SAH

Recent 2005 ACLS guidelines including ACS guidelines (don't agree with them, but you should know them)

Plavix in Unstable Angina (forget the name: save 1/100, cause 2 bleeds/100)

Abx in COPD: forget the name

Initial article for PORT score in Pneumonia (I find it useless, but some attgs and all hospital administrators like it. Read it to realize it's a mortality study, they don't include important factors like DM (doubles mortality) and pulse ox, etc)

Just out of morbid curiousity can I ask why you don't agree with the new AHA 2005 CPR/ACLS guidelines?
