i used HY neuroanatomy for all neuroimages (MR and CT and gross). it had a lot of cerebral angiograms, and the one that I had on the real test was exactly like the angiogram in HY. as far as radiology is concerned i would simply google the major things that you need to know. Here is what I would focus on:
1) Be able to identify the major ligaments of the Knee on MR
2) Identify the major anatomy on CT of abdomen/pelvis, just major stuff, ureter, kidney, bladder, prostate, what part of bowel you are in, pancreas, aorta, IVC, SMA, spleen, portal vein, superior mesenteric vein, uterus, etc etc.
3) Be able to identify major pathology on CXR. know what a ptx looks like, or a pneumonia.
4) on step 1 they like to put gross pictures of the brain and make you point to important structures, caudate nucleus, putamen, substantia nigra, globus pallidus, internal capsule, wernicke's, broca's area, hippocampus, all the ventricles and foramen's. and know the disease associations with lesions in each. they love to make those combo questions that have anatomy/path/phys/radiology correlations.
5) know things like steeple sign and thumbprint sign. i remember having a CT of a facial fracture and asked you about the inferior alveolar artery or something. i also had a venogram in which a hodgkin's tumor was pressing on it, and it gave you symptoms asked you what specific vascular structures were being compressed.
I hope this helps.
good luck!
