Google just released its Android App Inventor which lets you create Android apps without having to do much (or any?) coding. Anyone going to take this for a spin? I'm pretty interested in a small Android tablet sometime in the future, and it seems like this could be a way for a lot of those relatively straightforward medical calculators and what not to get onto the platform.
