Here is why I think I might get screwed here:

Find link to me being voted biggest flirt with some flirty caption speech bubble
Think I am a stupid slut

I am a girl
I mention that because if I was a dude I feel like it wouldn't look as bad 🙁

I am really pissed too because when I got voted I didnt want to do it but it was like the yearbook advisor came up and asked me and she is also my assistant principle and I didnt want to seem like a poor sport or some bitch so I was like fine

if your really that concerned find out who hosts the website. If its your highschool, contact someone in charge and request for it to be removed. If your in it you have a right to have it removed

No, you do not have that right. How does that even make sense, never mind legal? I would call the high school, explain the situation and ask if it could be removed. I would not demand it nor would I threaten them, not only is it relatively minor, but they are not obligated to take it down.

Many employers and adcoms will google your name. It may not be a formal part of the evaluation process, but your google results may lead them to imagine you in a negative light (whether consciously or not). This is unfair to you and it's pretty stupid of your school to post something like this about their graduates.

OP you don't need to feel embarassed. It's your picture and your school is doing you a huge disservice.
