Got FIRST interview invite!!

Have to share with you of my Midwestern interview for January 6th. I just received the email invite, and my family is asleep so you guys are all I have right now haha.

I thought my chances for this cycle is over considering I didn't take the DAT until Sept 16th, and as of yesterday (Sept 29th) my scores were not yet available for dental schools (based on experience, I find ADA reps don't always know what they're doing). Plus my GPA is not the greatest. This may be my only chance!

But of course I just read that Midwestern interviews 400 students for 100 spots so that was not encouraging.

but i'm kinda disappointed that they don't have anymore pre-dec 1st interview dates.. they're all in january. oh well, i guess it's better than no interview.

deus im from seattle so unfortunately the roadtrip wouldn't work so well... plus monday is the first day of instruction for winter quarter so I'm gonna try to schedule a flight out a little later in the day if possible. i'll probably take a late flight back so i'll be around glendale/phoenix for awhile after the interview.

Jan 6 is the first day of school. So I didn't decide right away. And when I scheduled my interview just 10 min ago, all the dates in that week were taken. 🙁 So I ended up picking Jan. 15th (wed). Yeah, it's late... and I'm really worried because my stats are just average...
