How many people are in a pre-health fraternity of some sort?? If so, please represent! Is GREEK better than other health organizations on campus?

nope...not really. AED, PhiDE, and whatnot count the same as other orgs...all depends on what you did and any officer responsibilities you had.

I thought greek might look better on a resume because not just anyone can be an active. you have to be selected amongst your peers and that on its own shows that you are capable of attracting the generation of pre-health professionals you will later on work with. and i heard these fraternities devote a lot of hours into community service and that they are nvolved in organizing bigger events?

well, you put the # of hours you volunteered, positions held, and general description in pharmcas anyway. Putting "AED -- member. x number hours" is eh...but putting "Flying Sams -- vice president. 2x number hours. listing all the things you did..." will look a hell of a lot better, and it won't run you $$$ in fees.

If you're gonna go greek...join a real fraternity with real standards, not the fake pre-health ones with pretend standards that anyone with half a brain and no social skills can complete.
