So I was accepted to a couple of schools that are on the top of my list. They said that I need to get B- (and the other school said B) for the rest of my classes. I tried my best but absolutely bombed one of my lab reports for some reason and now I have a C+ for a prereq science class.

The B- school UCSF says I will undergo a review. The other school did not mention any consequences.

What are my chances of getting revoked? My other classes meet the B requirements.

Did you talk to your professor to see if there was anything you could do to get a B-?

Dang, I hope everything turns out okay. Keep us posted on what the schools have to say.

Not yet. I just got my score today and will pick up my lab report tomorrow. They do allow regrades and at first I was hoping it was a typo because the average for the report was 20/22 and I got a 10/22. But my partner also got a similar grade. I really don't know what happened. The lab was a mystery lab where you had to identify the product and I'm pretty sure I got the right product because the reaction could be found on google...

Also to be specific, the "review" UCSF said I would go through is on the acceptance letter. They say that if you get lower than a B-, you will go through a review. I have not contacted the schools yet so I'm hoping that review is not guaranteed or only used in extreme cases (like getting multiple Cs or not passing a class).

Well, hopefully your professor or TA can give you some points back if you can identify and correct the mistake. From my previous lab experiences, sometimes the mistake can be from the lab director who has either given the wrong sample or answer key. It's happened in a few classes of mine. I'd show him the acceptance email and their condition. Best of luck with the situation. I'm sure that your acceptance will not get taken away though.
