Do the dental schools look at GPA without +/- or the GPA with +/- ? My GPA is like day and night between the two so im wondering which they pay attention to more. thanks

They look at both and trust me, they will not just take the higher one.
If you have a lot of A-s and B-s, they will notice.

Not true. I know of some that do.
