Hi everyone!

I wanted to know how early should I start applying to schools (with deadline days of Dec and Jan)? If I have everything ready by Oct should I just send my application out through Pharmcas?

Also I've yet to take the PCAT but I have a GPA of 3.6 for pre-req classes and 3.15 overall GPA (unfortunately I didn't care too much about good grades when I first started uni). I have a bachelors degree as well. What PCAT score should I comfortable get do you think for schools to want to interview me? Any help would be great!! Thank you.

1. if everything get ready by Oct, you don't have to worry too much. You should be fine for the deadline. But remember, it takes Pharmcas from 4-6 weeks to calculate ur science GPA and update your application, then they will send to all schools that you are trying to apply.
2. PCAT: I believe that You still have time to register for taking pcat which are on Oct and Nov, so you have to check. But if you want to apply schools without pcat, there is a list, about 15-20 schools. Oc course, with pcat, it is more optionals for you. Each school requires different pcat score, but if you can get at least 70%, then you are good to go. Remember, to get an interview, it depends on many other factors such as experience, volunteer activities, community service, gpa....
So try your best!

Thank you for the reply! I will try to get my transcripts in ASAP! I did register for the Nov date and have begun studying for it. It's nerve wracking hehe.
