So I am about to enter my 3rd year of University and I decided that Optometry is the career for me, no doubt about that. I love absolutely everything about the profession and I believe it is my calling.
My biggest concern is my GPA and Grades. In all of the pre-requisite course work, I've received straight B's and my GPA is currently at a 2.90 (due to a C in an social science course). I do have one year left, but I feel as if my GPA may get up to around 3.0 (trying to be realistic)
I was wondering how these grades will impact my acceptance/decline to my top choices. I'm considering PCO, NECO, ICO, SCO, and UAB. (I haven't narrowed down just yet)
Thanks!
