Can someone tell me where the GPA calculating guidelines are? I did a search but found nothing.

My first undergrad school gave out letter grades (A/A-/B+/B/B-/ etc) and I am trying to find out how to correlate each letter to a numberical value. I am assuming A = 4.0
but what about A-? B+? B? etc

Thanks
