GPA Calculation.????

i just read GPA scale for AADSAS,

and the chart says AB is 3.5 and B+ is 3.3........... (for my school B+ is 3.5)

my school doesn't give out AB... or A+

so im very confused.. how does this work?

is it a fair system?? thank you!
