GPA difference?

What is the amount of change in GPA that can happen if you received a C in a class the first time than got an A on the second try for a 4 unit class?By how many points would you anticipate? any help would be appreciated.

Um....depends on how many credit hours you have....if you have a ton then hardly any..it just looks prettier. If you are a second semester freshman or first semester sophomore potentially up to .3 probably. I have about 130 credit hours so far..so if I retook one class and got an A from a C...it'd just be next to nothing...but a good self esteem booster I guess.
