So I happen to be filling out applications for scholarships and such when I come across GPA. Speaking hypothetically:
Let's say that for the school year I had 7Bs and 7As
Semester 1: A A A B B B B
Semester 2: A A A A B B B
B=92 and A=95
My weighted GPA is above 4.3, but technically my unweighted gpa would be 3.5 seeing as it is half As and Bs...
But my school has a different scale (94-100 is an A)
So when converting to a 4.0 scale for unweighted should I also change the grade letters? If so I'd have a 4.0. I'm just checking because I don't want to put my GPA higher/lower than it really is and void my application when they view my transcripts. Anyone ever had an application voided because of this mistake?
(These are not my real grades😎)
