So i'm fairly certain I already know the answer to this, but a quick search didn't yield any results, and I want to be certain.

I'm going to graduate in the spring, however I still have a few pre reqs to take. If I take these classes after graduation, will AACOMAS calculate a seperate post bac GPA, or will it be averaged into the rest of my undergrad GPA?

They will count them into your undergraduate gpa as they are classes taken at the undergraduate level.

We get to see both.

Sure about this? I took all of my undergraduate pre-requisites after receiving my degree and assumed they would be figured into my post-bac GPA, along with my graduate degree grades.

So just to be clear, you're saying that any courses you take post-bac, (if they are undergraduate level) should be calculated into your uGPA and not your post-bac GPA?

If that's the case, it'll drastically change all of my GPAs.

Well don't quote me is all I'm saying, but if it is a formal post-bacc I think then it's going to have it's own separate category and also affect your Ugpa. I mean that would be logical right? It's not like these courses are graduate level or anything, they are just normal pre-med prereq courses that parallel the undergraduate institutes course. The only difference is that they are usually significantly more grade inflated and have a significantly smaller class size.

Otherwise an informal return to your university shouldn't warrant having another category.

There's separate categories for everything:

Undergrad + Post Bacc = Total Undergrad GPA

There's a separate category for Graduate GPA

So ADCOMs will see your Undergrad GPA, your PostBacc GPA, and your total Undergrad GPA, so yes PostBacc GPA counts towards Undergrad GPA.

Thanks for the replies guys. Would anyone happen to know which GPA schools reference when deciding whether or not to second out secondary apps (the "cut off" GPA)? I take it it's the total undergrad cGPA and sGPA?
