When schools post what the GPA average for the previous year's class, do they use the ADEA gpa calculator where an A+ is a 4.3?

Most schools use the non +/- GPA to level the playing field for applicants that went to schools with either no A+ grade possibilities or no +/- grades in general...I have asked many schools this question.
