If you get accepted to a GPR/AEGD that is out of state, do you have to take the clinical boards required for that state? For example my school has the NERB exam, if I got into a GPR in a state that doesn't accept NERB, do I have to take their accepted clinical exam? Or will the GPR be ok with my license under the NERB exam?

No. You practice under a provisional license for that state during your GPR/AEGD. If you want to practice in the state longterm, then you would have to meet their specific licensure requirements.
