I’d love to get any insight on GPR/AEGD programs that are strong in prosth. I’ve heard VAs are good but don’t know any specifics about different programs so any info on anything would be greatly appreciated!! 🙂

Basically I considered of applying to actual prosth programs in the past but started to really consider GPRs and were wondering if there’s any strong programs out there

VA's; Some AEGD's will offer some advanced prosthodontics instruction, but you would need to inquire about each specific program. I'd recommend contacting program directors to find out more information.

What part of prosth? Dentures? Implants? Full mouth Reconstruction? TMJ? Crown and bridge? Prosth encompasses a lot of areas nowadays. Help us help you. Some are good for dentures and removable. Some are great for C/B and aesthetics. Some are great for implants.

Full mouth reconstruction is what I’m especially interested in! Implants also a great plus and implant supported dentures. Idk if there’s any program that would have all

You’re not gonna see much of that in one year... but best thing you can do is ask the program directors what types of cases the residents complete typically in their program
