Grade replacement question?

Curious, I took 4 hour gen. physics 1 a while ago and got a C, it's split between 3 hour lecture and 1 hour lab, I retook gen. physics at a different college later, got an A and it was 5 credits, with the lab and lecture combined. Would this replace my original grade or combine both grades? If it replaces it, does it count as 4 or 5 credits?

It will be replaced, and only the last attempt with the A will count.
